Most common questions asked about our Gourmet Popcorn Store
 
 Do you make your gourmet popcorn or do you buy it from another company? 
Our gourmet popcorn is made by us.  We believe to make the best popcorn you must do it yourself and so we have been making it for 28 years.
 
 Do you ship your popcorn? 
Yes, we ship our gourmet popcorn anywhere in the Continental U.S. except P.O. Boxes.
 
 Do you guarantee your products?
Our personal guarantee to you -  We strive to get you the best products and service anywhere.  Your satisfaction is very important to us!  If for any reason your expectations have not been met or are not satisfied, we will replace the product or issue a full refund to you.  Contact us within 15 days from receipt of your product and we will work with you to make sure you are taken care of.
 
Will I be able to add a message to put with the can when shipping it as a gift?
Yes, you will be able to add a message when adding your gift to the cart and we will write it on a card that will be inserted in the box with your gift.
 
How soon will my popcorn ship out? 
We try to process orders and have them shipped out of our location within 24 hours.  Shipments with United Parcel Service only go out Monday through Friday but most orders usually go out the next business day if placed on a week day.  Specialty Chocolate Caramel and Caramel Pecan maybe shipped 24 - 72 hours.
 
Can I ship cans to multiple addresses?  
Yes, we try to make your ordering process as easy as we can.  If you are shipping gift cans to 3 different people you are able to put each can in your shopping cart and put the name of the person you want that can to be shipped to.  Once you go to checkout it will ask you for your address for each person.  This means that you can ship cans to many people but only have one invoice and enter your credit card one time.  Many stores make you do separate transactions and if you want to do it that way we will accept multiple orders from you but doing it all at once is just a convenience we have made to help make this as simple as we can for you.
 
What forms of payment do you accept online?
We gladly accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa,  Discover and PayPal for your gourmet popcorn purchase.
 
How long does the popcorn in your gift cans stay fresh?
Our popcorn cans are sealed when shipped out.  The freshness will stay good for several weeks providing that you put your lid back on tightly.   This keeps the corn tasting good.
 
Do your guarantee arrival of the popcorn by a certain date?
We use UPS to ship our gourmet popcorn.  The shipping is out of our control so all we can guarantee is that we will ship your order out quickly as that is what we have control of.
